Jeff Warner
President
Jeff Warner is the president and chief engineer of Warner Technological Services. Jeff studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. He joined Orbital ATK, now part of Northrop Grumman, as a test Engineer after graduation in 1998. For the past 15 years, Jeff has held several roles in Engineering Management and oversaw the development of hundreds of complex projects.

Raquel Herrera Lopez
VP of Test Engineering
Raquel Herrera Lopez is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Vice President of Test Engineering at Warner Technological Services, LLC. With a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering Technology, Raquel brings a strong technical background to her role. She has amassed over ten years of experience in the biomedical and sensor manufacturing sectors within the automotive industry.
Throughout her career, Raquel has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing efficient testing processes to ensure product quality and reliability. Her dedication to precision and ability to streamline testing procedures have significantly contributed to the success of various projects.
